Dans le centre historique d'un petit village situé au cœur de la plaine sud du Roussillon entre Perpignan et Collioure, au calme, on ouvre le portail en fer forgé pour découvrir un jardin méditerranéen et cette ancienne cave viticole construite dans le chemin de ronde du château médiéval. En 2008, nous avons restauré et transformé cette belle bâtisse en cayrou aux superbes portes recouvertes de zinc et aux murs vieux de 800 ans. Nous avons créé de nouveaux espaces, comme l'atrium central et mélangé le traditionnel et le moderne pour respecter l'histoire de cette maison.

Les 350 m² habitables comprennent sur 2 étages:

- cuisine ouvrant sur séjour

In the historic center of a small village situated in the heart of the Roussillon plain between Perpignan and Collioure, in a quiet area, we open the wrought iron gate to discover a Mediterranean garden and this old winery built onto the ancient walls of the medieval castle. In 2008, we restored and transformed this beautiful stone building with its stunning zinc-clad doors and 800-year-old walls. We have created new spaces, like the central atrium, and blended the traditional and the modern to respect the history of this house.
The 350 m² of living space includes on 2 floors:

- a kitchen opening onto the living room
- a magnificent central air conditioned atrium of 30 m²
- 7 bedrooms including 4 suites (shower rooms + wc)

The kitchen, living/dining room and atrium are found on the ground floor. The 4 suites open onto the central atrium, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor.
